Questions for Happicos

1. Still don't figure out which size to choose after checking the size?
Happicos: You can tell us your height, shoulder, bust, waist and hips so that we can suggest. Each costume has a size chart in the description which is correct. Pls consider 2-3 cm difference is normal due to manual measurement.
2. What measurement do I need to provide for custom made?
Happicos: If top, you need to provide height, shoulder, bust, waist, arm length and biceps, hips also if dress. If top with pants or jumpsuit, you need to provide height, shoulder, bust, waist, arm length, biceps, hips, inseam, thigh, calves, head circumference if with mask. Too much for you? :D but more details always better so that make you perfect fit.
3.How long does it take to make after I pay?
Happicos: It normally takes 7-15 days to make, but still some custom made costumes takes longer. If you are URGENT, let us know IN ADVANCE so that we check if we can make it before your deadline.
4. How many days reach me after making?
Happicos: By fast shipping(DHL, TNT, UPS or Fedex), it takes 3-7 days to reach normally. By E-Packet, it takes around 10-30 days to reach, it also depends on the exact place.
