Shipping&Return

Welcome to happicos.com. We personally check all items before sending you to make sure all goods are fully new in a good condition. And we will do our best to satisfy you but just in case future issues happen, here is the policy for shipping, return&exchange and orders cancellation as follow.

**Shipping(making time and delivery time)

Please allow 15 ~ 35 days to make and delivery after receiving the payment.

Making time: Most takes 10-15 workdays, some custom-made takes 15-20 workdays.

Delivery: After finish making, 3 ~ 5 workdays to reach you by advanced EUB(China post), DHL, TNT, Fedex or UPS.

Please note: If you choose 10$ or 12$ by E-packet, it might takes nearly 30 days or even more days sometimes in busy season, it also will depend on the exact place.

If you're urgent, please feel free to let us know BEFORE ordering so that we check for you if we can make it before your deadline. 

**Pls provide correct delivery address.

**Return&Exchange as below for costumes.

  1. For non-defective items include wrong size not by our mistake, if it doesn't fit you properly but we make it accurately according to your order specifications,  or you refuse to receive the item when it reaches your place, refund or exchange isn't accepted because the costumes are special items and made to order, pls understand. But alter is accepted, buyer shall be take responsibility for the shipping fees(return shipping fee and sent shipping fee). 
  2. For defective items, we take all responsibility for it and you shall inform us with writing notification and the item must be returned within 15 days delivery for replacement or repair or refund for free from receiving the item. 
  3. We don't accept the return without any notice

**Return&Exchange as below for other items like wig, anime T shirt, bag, refund or exchange is accepted.

   1. If non-defective items and you want to return for any reasons, refund or exchange is accepted within 15 days from receiving the item, and buyer shall be responsible for shipping fees to return and sent parcel fee to buyer.

   2. If defective items, we take all responsibility for it, exchange or refund is accepted within 15 days delivery for free from receiving the item.

Note: Beyond 15 days, refund/exchange isn't accepted. 

**For exchange or return, you need to follow the below,

  1. Order No..
  2. Items’ pictures evidence.
  3. Items must be returned in their original package and in the new condition as we packaged.
  4. Not used, not washed. No smell of perfume or cigarette.
  5. Providing the online shipping tracking No.

When refund or exchange? You will get refund/exchange as soon as we receive the return item.

 **Order Cancellations

  1. Orders cancel within 24 hours for free.
  2. Orders cancel after 24 hours, 30% of your order fee will be charged as processing fee.
  3. Orders cancel after 48 hours, you will only get shipping cost refund.
